Our team
At Ultima Serve, the executive team that manages the day-to-day is led by the CEO and the CFO, who are the managing statutory directors. They are overseen by our Supervisory, Advisory and Governance Boards.
The team of seven represents the firm’s different functions. It carries out the statutory duties, coordinates strategy and manages overall operations for the people, partners and stakeholders we serve.
The CEO and CFO are the primary liaison between the executive team and the boards. Together they work closely with our communities and external associations, so that advice and policies flow both ways and reach every shareholder, partner and third party.
